Locally:
We are a local, registered charity serving
local people, committed to improving the quality
of life for over 5,500 people affected by
muscle disease in Worcestershire and the West
Midlands. We aim to do this by; campaigning
for better services, raising funds for the
provision of appropriate equipment and offering
advice and support. |

Nationally:
We are committed to supporting the work of
the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. To this end,
as well as sitting on a number of committees,
we work as their ambassadors and media representatives
campaigning for better services for people
affected by muscle disease. |

We are also trustees to NMC Midlands (Registered
Charity 1148855). Based at Hereward College,
Coventry this is a Centre offering a number
of services to benefit people affected by
neuro-muscular conditions (and who are approaching
transition and beyond). The services are a
range of specialist physical therapies, training
opporunities, advocacy, advice and information
and the chance to be involved with a small
enterprise initiative.
